The singer is giving advice for her to seek out other acquaintances/ friends who may give advice. The end possibly indicates the woman was actually singing about herself or conversly is also feeling alone and melancholy longing for a certain person to love / save her but all her heroes are gone. But I'm unsure, even if English is your first language the narrative is unclear and places emotion over coherence
