Hi I came across your video. I'm going on the iona cruise in June this year to the Norwegian fjords. This may be a stupid question but what currency did you use to buy the ice cream cus think I'll be going around the town and buy stuff if possible. I'm new to this cruise haven't got clue what to do lol.
what type of cabin was this? the bathroom looked different to the ones ive been looking at as the shower was opposite the toilet not next to it, i would prefer this as it looks quite cramped next to the shower

Hey, good question. We have travel insurance through bank account, and just contacted them to add the cruise cover on. We had the paperwork printed out, but they didn’t check it. I would defo recommend getting it though!. Thank you for watching.
Good video but it was a bit frustrating to have to keep turning the sound down when the music was playing and then back up again when you guys were talking. I will look forward to the next instalment. Never been on Iona but am booked on her in Jan 2026 for a trip around the Caribbean.

Hey, thanks for the question. We just used contactless. In fact, we didnt take any local currency at all - card was fine everywhere we went.

Hi, I’m not sure of the exact cabin code, but it was deck 11, interior, forward port side. It was definitely big enough for two.
