Muscle Type 19 is probably the closest. It's kinda the same character creation as we have in Street Fighter 6. They still have a problem with the chest being lower than it should be.

Will you make a cat or whatever they're called? They look a lot better than the Khajiit on Skyrim. The character creation is a lot better than the first game, though a couple friends and I wish we could make dwarves. Most of us have a hard time translating cm to ft and inches. So we're kinda worried that dwarves might be a little bit on the tall side, at least for their average height. Otherwise can't wait to play, I made a dark elf looking lady as my first character. Took a bit to get the right shade of blue

It's graphically better than the first game, some of the hairstyles don't exist in the first game, and the boobs and butt have more than a few sizes. If you want to see "needlessly complicated", look at Black Desert online character creation 😂 ffs. The walking posture animation slider needs fixing, also there's way more tattoos and you can have them on parts other than your face, and there's facial and body scars. I'd definitely say Dragon's Dogma 2 character creation is better than the first game and I'm glad they didn't bring back the child body type that I'm sure made a lot of people other than myself as uncomfortable as I was. Though I do want a little shorter body size to make a dwarf, I haven't made a male yet so I haven't seen the beard options. Almost forgot, we can put highlights in our hair, can't do that in the first game. I do wish the cat people had a calico fur pattern option
I'm so confused, how do i tell which one is preset head 23 in the head selection screen? They are not numbered Edit: for anyone else who is confused by this, head preset 23 is the middle-right option in the first page of the base head selection screen.
You should have been the FIRST content creator that Capcom should have chosen to share your Pawn. It would have been the LEAST they could have done for all your contributions to the community and for keeping it alive for so many years. Although i'm sure you don't give a damn.
Ngl I wish they kept the simplicity of the old CC. I hope they factor in weight classes and movement speed as well. Fix the "torso type affects your speed" thing because that was strange, but keep the fact that larger = slower/more stamina and smaller = faster/less stamina.
I'm pretty sure your character weight and height still affects the gameplay, there's no reason for them to remove this mechanic, it was a huge feature in the first game.
@@MaximilianReyCartwright Making good characters is so much quicker in the original and both men and women had a great selection of face templates, you didn't have to individually adjust your "cheekbone width" and all this crap. In terms of physicality, it's far superior to just pick a base template and then adjust Height/weight, have a selection of torso/arm/leg types and then adjust the muscularity. Not all these tedious settings with 200 different points on a slider.
