My crew will not be attending power tour this year. Friends 69 Corvette fuel pump finally bit the dust and ate the cam on the way home from Bristol. My turbo BMW is alright, but the turbo itself suffered greatly from last years sitting in so much traffic. Oil bearings spent. We have been licking our wounds the past year. It was our first time HAHA. All good. Since then, I gained a new project from a dear friend who sadly passed away last August. Square body k5 Blazer 5.9 12v Cummins swapped. Frame off and all torn apart when I took over, I have been learning a bunch slowly building it while missing my friend along the way trying to carry on his dream. Maybe another year I'll be out there with it, or the turbo BMW again. I'm glad to see David and Angie taking a square body for personal reasons this year! Take car guys!
Sorry you ain’t going to make it this year, we are going to drive Angie’s 39 Chevy again 👍🏻🙌🏼👊🏼 the squarebody will be following behind us 🙌🏼👍🏻🔧🔧🔧 and we just finished with a 82 K5 blazer, it was LS swapped, it’s going on power tour too. We brought in our first build it was a 4BT Cummins power 51 ford 🙌🏼👍🏻🔧🔧🔧
