- For most companies, sales orders is where the rubber really hits the road in ODOO. As a company, it can make sense to make it quick and easy to see which sales team a sales order came from using the name. We can do that easily using an automation.
Learning how to adjust the sequence, or naming pattern, for a series of records in ODOO can have many uses, so even if you don't want to change the sequence for Sales Orders based on the sales team, you'll want to stick around.
Here is the code I promised:

Thanks great video! can you show one for the invoices to understand how those work?
I'll look into that. I really wish each journal just had a sequence. That would make my life easier.

Thanks!
Because of you I have learned many new stuff on Odoo which will definitely help me out.
Currently I’m working on inspection for my company which if our engineer select from the worksheet even one field with Fail Unsafe To Use I really want to show in report that we will send to our customer that the machine is fail and unsafe to use in red background do you have an idea on how to accomplish such a task ? (Please note that we have few different type of worksheets for each machine different template and we have Odoo online studio)
As for now the report is only showing the worksheet field the engineer reports which also is not pleasant to look like any tips on the worksheet and reports would be so appreciated.
So you're up against a couple things here, but I would probably try to use consistent values for Fail Unsafe. Doing that, you could loop through the model of the worksheet and kick off an email if it failed. Hopefully that helps!
