I really like your way of living. Looking up for my future to be at least a little bit like yours. I grew up with my dad taking me and my brothers to a lot of places full of nature an d beuty :) thanks Datev.
I am so looking forward to this project taking off, I think it is a great idea :) Do you think you will use ingredients from other farmers around your area when yours are finished? I would like to see you doing stuff mushrooms and peppers, as they are a fav of mine ;) also Jams as we call it, I think you may call them Jelly? OH and Kevin could do his breads and other bits and bobs as I know he is a man around the Kitchen :))
When my family makes homemade pickles. All they use is apple juice, vinegar, curry, and other ingredients I forgot. They throw in a bunch of vegetables in a long jar, and then they're finished. I don't understand your long process.
I love the new format of Food with Dottie! It's beautiful!!!!!
