Yuuum. We also grill onions and also the kimchi for extra oomph. Masarap rin yung chive na muchim to add sa ssam. Kami dito sa bahay, rarely nalang kami pumupunta sa K bbq (lalo na pag tinatamad sa prep work and cleaning😂) kasi mahal sya talaga na bisyo dito sa Korea. Mahal rin karne dito kasi kaya madalang lang rin kami nakaka samgyeop. Kaya sarap umuwi sa Pinas para mag unli samgyeopsal😋🤣
Oo nag grill din ng kimchi pero hindi ko bet yung natutuyo na kimchi hehe mga Korean friends ko sa Korea ganon gawain.

Iba po ang samjang at guchujang yung mix mo ks samjang bean paste yun guchujan is chili paste.

@@cooleenguillergan753 ung ssamjang yun ung pinaka sawsawan nila para sa samgyupsal, pero di lang sa samgyupsal ginagamit un.. minsan walang anghang minsan may konting anghang... gochujang chili paste na madalas hinahalo sa mga niluluto nila.. para madali mung ma identify sila usually color green ang container ng Ssamjang, then red naman ang Gochujang.

Cabbage po ata ung kimchi not lettuce maam... though pwede rin nmn gmitin ung lettuce pero not for
Fermntation process coz mbilis siyang maging saggy in texture. I already tried lettuce its good actually ... just use it immdiately after u prepare for lettuce kimchi... nway very detailed prepartion instruction for viewers maam.

Ung sa nakainan po namin na korean resto my mga side dish pa cla gaya ng potatoes na maliliit na marinated, den labanos ganun,.. Triny na din namin sa house and ok naman sya 😂 salamatnsa video na to ms. Tin ☺

correction: that's ssamjang on the green container, not gochujang which always comes in red packaging instead. pero yan naman talaga yung pang samgyupsal kasi meron na syang soybean paste and seasonings unlike gochujang na pure red pepper paste lang.
baka po di lang napansin ni ate tine. iba kc un consistency nun 쌈장 ssamjang. more on orange kc dapat color nung ssamjang dhl meron ddoenjang paste o soybean then nilalagyan ng barbecue sauce. binasa ko dn un lalagyan ssamjang dn un nkalagay

Ate! Ssamjang yung nasa green na container. Gochujang kasi yung super anghang talaga na nasa red container. Ssamjang kasi ginagamit sa korean barbecue. :)
