Haha are you serious? There are a lot of products out there that work well and as an influencer she’s constantly trying several of them to review and suggest to her followers. If she stuck to one or two products she would’ve been a non-influencer like you

Sarso ka tel is best. Ik it stinks but its warm for body and very nourishing for hair. Put on for 2 hrs b4 shampoo and then shampoo with a mild product. Best results:) also don't oil ur hair daily warna tel lagaoge aur phir tel pe jo ki aapke scalp pr hai wahan kachra / dirt nd dust will stick and create more hair fall
Sesame oil - just make sure u don’t use too much. It’s a thick oil.
