This was such an excellent comparison video. Thank you for sharing. My plan is to upgrade to both the iPhone 12 pro and canon EOS R next year. This really helped. Thank you
Do you think it’s possible to get this kind of image quality with a white background and an iPhone and led light. That would be really helpful to see x
yes, I think it's possible. Your light would need to be fairly bright. And you would need a white reflector on the opposite side of your key LED light. If you try it, let me know how it turns out :)
I’m impressed with the results. Why do you say you’d “definitely” choose the Canon shots over the IPhone ? You’d easily get away with the IPhone in my opinion.
There are some significant differences in overall aesthetic and sharpness, tone etc. The canon allows for lens variation and the larger sensor means good resolution when the image is blown up. On a basic level, imagine billing for client a thousand bucks then taking out your phone? Trust me, they will walk. On price we'll yeah, harder for canon to justify the 4k price difference.
@@scarfholdgraphicsmedia9501 I get your scenario about the client and their perception, but I don't get when you say "significant" differences. They can't be too significant or they'd be obvious, and they're not.
The link to the Ring light is not working 😩
When printing you need to mention file size. This is what determines printing size. love your videos
Great suggestion! Thank you for the feedback and for watching my video :)

Glad it was helpful!
I'm so glad to hear that! Thank you for sharing with me! Both cameras make a great duo :)
Can you share what the attachment is to connect the iPhone to the tripod?
Sure! Here is a link to the one I bought... www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S8TTH34/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I just watched your video again & noticed you replied. Thank you, I will do xx
Good stuff. Do you mind telling us which focal length does the lens have on the dslr?
I was at 2.8 using my 24-70 lense.
IPhone users: Don't zoom in. It looks good as is
Camera users: zoom in as much as you want. It only looks better
That's my sister! 😍
She's awesome!!

You can't zoom in or you'll see how the distortion increases
