Hi there, unfortunately I no longer have access to the printer or software (I moved). I tried looking up any info on it and have not found a clear answer. However, I do have an educated guess: You may have to add Roll 2 within the software first before it will show up on the printer's home screen as an option. For example of what I'm referring to, see my video "WALK-THRU DEMO PART 1: OPEN EDITION ORDERS" right at the minute mark 06:12. There you can see on the drop down for "Paper Source" there are four options "Cut Sheet", "Roll 1", "Roll 2", and "Roll Paper (Auto)". I would guess that once you select "Roll 2", it will either trigger a warning message asking the user to add a second roll (and possibly provide a small demo of how to do it) OR it will trigger the printer's main menu to change, such that when you check the home screen next, Roll 2 will show up with the note "There is no paper." I'm sorry, that's all I can suggest. Hope it helps!
