I think that Hollowmen might challenge that and Utopia is so close to the truth its almost a weekly documentary.
I don't know what the best line ever in this was though.
One of my favorites was the "who knew how Australians used the word root" from the American they brought in for an episode.

I got the book of scripts from Season 1. With the letter from other studio network executives. And the letter from the academic teaching current affairs and reporting to classes from a university.
It's bizarre comparing Mike Moore and Tony Woodford, yet a perfect demonstration of Mr Rob Sitch.
