- What's not to love about neurographic art!? I love it and I enjoy using it in my intuitive, abstract watercolor paintings. It's such an easy way to practice mindfulness and I find it very relaxing. It is my sincere hope that videos like this one can encourage you to create a mindful and artful practice of your own.

This paint set is one of my favorites! ❤️ I’ve used its colors in many of my videos. And, if you have an interest in painting portraits also, the colors in this palette can mix well to create nice skin tones. Have fun playing with these colors.
