Can you recommend a powder blush that I can layer over my cream blushes. Every time I try that the powder blush completely makes the base matte and takes away from that cream finish. Can you recommend something that has medium pigmentation & and isnt too matte? 👀

Try the milani baked blushes, even mac blushes are medium pigmentation try the shade melba or peaches
