Hello everyone, today we prepared a wonderful carrot cake recipe. Orange juice is also used as well as cinnamon and walnuts. We always have delicious cake recipes for you that are ready in just a few minutes and require less effort.
For this delicious carrot cake recipe we used the following ingredients:
3 medium carrots or 300 g
4 medium size eggs
200g sugar
100 ml orange juice
300 g flour
100 ml sunflower oil
a teaspoon of cinnamon
16 g baking powder
150 g walnuts

have tried almost all kinds of ingredients but never an orange juice yet. will try that soon. btw, i always mix all wet ingredients first and all dry ingredients separately before i combine all of them together. i also dont use hand mixer to avoid over mixing. for toppings nothing beats cream cheese frosting!

Sehr lecker, habe nur weniger Mehl genommen und dafür gem. Haselnüsse dazu. Die liebe ich und müssen in meinen Karottenkuchen ☺ aber warum sieht der Kuchen auf dem Thumbnail anders aus, innen und außen?

Ich würde ihn auch gern ohne Zucker backen aber die Kinder essen das nicht was kann ich als gesunde Alternative nehmen - Honig mögen sie auch nicht 🤨

O bolo que está na thumb não é o mesmo da receita. O da receita parece que solou e não cresceu, algo deu errado. Acredito que teve muita cenoura pra pouca massa e ainda acrescentou nozes e tudo isso foi acrescentado depois de ter colocado o fermento. Uma pena.

I habe zu hause kein Backpulver gehabt, habe soda bicarbonat genommen. Kuchen bekam von sehr schönen Textur, but es gab bitteres Geschmack. Kann es mit soda bicarbonat zu tun sein?
Bestimmt, aber es hat sicherlich sehr gut geschmeckt oder?! :)

Danke@@Coolinaria Gestern habe ich den Kuchen gebacken, es was super weich und lecker, nicht so suß und perfekt für uns. Statt Sonnenblumen öl hatte ich denn Oliven öl benutzt. Ich hab ihn bei 150 grad für circa 40 Minuten lang gebacken. Er war köstlich. Liebe Grüße und schöne Zeit zum Advent 🤗🤗🤗
