Hermosa tradición de nueve lecturas y corales navideñas... Yo creí que tenía origen desde los tiempos de la reforma y no, es muy reciente... Qué bueno que la iglesia anglicana haya conservado ésta tradición.... En la iglesia Católica antes del nuevo orden se cantaban 9 salmos y 9 lecturas breves, pensé que era lo mismo... Éste es el respeto de que las mujeres no podían cantar en los templos, gracias por este hermoso canal de RUclips.

Thanks for uploading this. It takes me right back to my childhood, watching this very Carols from King's with my parents. Do you have the 1991 Carols from King's? Great to see Sir Stephen Cleobury. Much missed. It's great that the choir is in such good hands under Daniel Hyde, who, like his illustrious predecessors, is doing a brilliant job.
