    Where is the project manager ? Where is the operations manager? They are the ones we want to hear from and not community chiefs..

    Compared with the Dangote refinery, this one looks cute and small. It is good that it is renovated though. I wish them all the best.

    My take is what is the percentage level of the local content in terms of personel, technology, management teams etc
    This is to ascertain our inputs generally and minimize involvements of foreigners

      @femiidowubrazil3262 Год назад

      It was closed down due to corruption of the past government. History will tell on them. God judgement will also count on them

    Sell it, you guys can’t manage it… Nigerians working for Nigeria government has no history of managing any company successfully.

    This not a proper update. Are you trying to gaslight Nigerias on what is apparent to them? The deadline has not been met, and moreover it is the officials of NNPC that should be providing analysis of the state of rehabilitation and not community leaders or people. This is just like hiring praise-singers to come and blow your own trumpet. Do better.

      I am pretty sure that dangote had nothing to do with PH refinery not working for the last like 10 to 15 years. If anything will prevent the refinery from being functional, it's the Nigerian Government Incompetence, Greed and selfishness. All things that destroyed the refinery in the first place.

      @EkevereBlessingmadekid, how is it a liability for him? What has Tinubu done? PHC refinery now belongs NNPC Ltd which is now a public company. All these work were awarded and paid for by NNPC during Buhari administration. The level of ignorance of some of you is unbelievable.
