Shadow Weavile is an absolute monster. I currently have 2 pretty good ones (15/10/13, level 40), (13/12/15, not powered up yet) and am not on the hunt to make my team of 6 level 40s, wish me luck on some good IVs

Iam using 15,14,15 in Ultraleague and trust me with energy advantage it can beat everything snarls , avalanche, and focus blast , even resisted chargemoves does a ton , just keep it out from fighters and charmers ,

I have a 69 IV Shiny Shadow Sneasel (9/14/8), I haven't played Pokemon Go in years.... is it worth powering it up, and is it worth making it my buddy?

its your choice, if it was me i'd get one thats about 70+ IV even if its not shiny to power up, shiny doesn't matter to me but if u do power it up u should make it your buddy and max it to best buddy to get cp boost.
