Unfortunately, that's unlikely. Being absurdly slow to rule and dragging things out, it's obvious what she's doing but slowness isn't typically appealable. She's been very clever, by not issuing many rulings she's given very little opportunity to have something to appeal.

Funny thing, I think her being out in Fort Pierce most of the time has kept those little uncomfortable elevator rides with other judges to a minimum. I don't know if she'd been hearing the case in Miami that she would have conducted herself differently, but I think she would have sweated through more black robes doing so down there.

Correction -
1. Thomas and Alito did not *_openly_* behave corruptly; they concealed their financial benefits for years.
2. The justice system has always had these limitations: everything takes forever; and "my team" (or "your team") doesn't always win. This case lives on.
Why was Trump allowed to holler Wolf over Fani Willis' relationship as a conflict and NO one talks about Cannon's Husband who represents a Mobster who is not only a friend of Trump but a financial supporter? How about Jack Smith himself who as Acting US Attorney for middle Tennessee was passed over in favor of Donald Q Cochran for the nomination of that position by Trump? How's that for conflict of interest?

SC Judge Thomas did not have to call Judge Cannon he just threw an out for her by questioning Jack Smiths appointment in his ruling. With this Supreme Court we must not let Thomas and Alito retire with Trump placing more Federalist Societies radical right to rule for the next 30 years! We MUST vote Democrats in.

The fact it took her that long to use the excuse that Jack Smith is not legal to bring the case is complete BS. That issue hasn't changed since the beginning of the case and thinking how much time she allowed for hearings, briefs, etc..... just goes to show her complete incompetence at minimum or nefariousness at maximum.
The DOJ should have requested her recusal from day 1 based on her prior bias for T…. Garland didn’t do it…. A huge mistake!

As a person from another country I can safely say we hope you can get some reforms through before it’s too late. Where I’m from it’s kind of unheard of that judges in the highest court have zero external oversight (or that judges are appointed by politicians).

Investors would need actual proof she ruled illegally with the intent to tamper with the public’s perception of Trump in order to help him get re-elected. Considering it took the Justice Department a year to open an investigation into Trump’s part in the January 6th insurrection there is pretty much no chance an investigation will be opened in Cannons actions.
