Correct me if I am wrong but PA law states that any Dr or nurse that attends a shooting or knife victim must by law put a medical report into the police for the records> Now for whatever reason they will not answer any questions on this so can you request a freedom of information request for the medical report as required by law in PA please!

Such a sad situation of mental illness of a boy who needed help, but sure did not need guns. There are so many mentailly ill young people now that has increased due to the Trump chaos in this country. There is not much help available. Parents don't know what to do, but that is why guns are the first thing to get out of the house with major depression.
Not unusual. No doubt the parents were in denial.
Having been on the receiving end of bullets flying past I can tell you that the crack of a supersonic projectile getting close enough to your ear to draw blood would have resulted in Trump being deaf for a number of days if not permanently. Ask a few servicemen who've been there.
Practical inference suggesting Trump in particular was not anywhere close to a bullet, nor did he expect he would be, even after hearing 'shots fired'. I think the fact that there were real bullets involved shocked some of these people.
It’s also been known to temporally blind a person. Disorient, etc.

I personally believe telemetry on bullet paths might suggest Trump wasn't a target of the shooter. The medical report may also involve a tox screen section.

Open carry is legal in PA, lax gun laws are legal, and the ak 15 rifle is legal-all thanks to GOP-yet the gop is (rightly) outraged and scared when a man shows up at THEIR event with these things. Why isn’t the public informed if any empty cartridges were found or if the bullets recovered from the killed and wounded victims matched the rifle allegedly used in the shooting.

There’s a video on YT pointing out the differences between that event and this one. For one, that shooter was underage thus his parents were responsible. The trump shooter was an adult.

I'm assuming he had a permit to carry it to the range since his parents thought that was where he was--as hours past--they called the police. Major depression does not cause murderous behavior. It will create suicidal behavior, but I have never heard of someone killing others when suffering from major depression. I know, I suffered from it for 40 years.

I admit I only have a tv show to judge from, but I thought it was standard practice to search and secure any viable rooftop-even if people aren’t pointing out seeing someone on a roof. I don’t understand how something so vital was overlooked in the first place. I also don’t understand how they’re placing the blame on one person instead of the team-did she stop them from doing what they’re supposed to do? Are they all rookies who didn’t know what to do and she didn’t tell them? How can the parents even be considered to be liable? The shooter was a grown adult at 20 years old. Mentally ill or not, how is this the parent’s responsibility? Now if the Dad (think of him just as another grown adult and not a parent) gave the shooter access to weapons and the shooter was not licensed with a firearm, or conspired with the shooter to go and shoot, then yes he would be in trouble. Just as a parent of an adult, I don’t think so.

Where's the forensic report.? Bullet trajectory? how many bullets were fired? Did the sniper take out the target with one shot? Line of sight in relevance to the target? Were the bullet(s) fragments recovered? Because there was a lot of sporadic gunfire on the video. Amazing, that there was a hearing so soon before the actual report is even released to the public.
