Honestly it's one of the most infuriating feelings when you and your team wait for a wave in order to push, but then some jackass on the enemy team decides to cut creeps. It's at that point when it's difficult to figure out what to do that's not wasting time, so we end up just camping in the enemy jungle waiting for _something._ And that's a good case. A more realistic case would be the team to just split up and not play together for the next 10min. (I'm not at good rank, obviously)
This is without a doubt my favorite way to win a game you shouldn't win, just tricking the enemy into reprioritizing onto things that don't win the game, they actually don't need to pay attention to, but the idea in THEIR head is they will lose (even if winning is a much better way to not lose). A have a huge, huge protip for people who play mid or offlane, hell even carry players can benefit. If it's early in the game, talking 10 min to 15 min, and things are not looking good and the enemy is snowballing: do not be afraid to do plays that "don't make sense" for your individual hero and roles gameplan if it improves the entire teams position. We are behind at 15 min, enemy is grouping bot to go take our T1 and the carry and both supports are there, I am there as the mid and our offlaner is pushing into their T2 safelane to try to get some good tower damage in while the enemy is setting up. They don't know I'm bottom defending in trees yet, I tell our carry bloodseeker to just rupture and dive because in my rotations from mid they made a point to defend whoever I went on. I needed someone else to take the agro and pressure from the enemy team by getting divey so ONE of us has a chance to snowball a little out of control. It works. We couldn't keep blood alive past the first kill on the enemy but by sacrificing his impact for a minute we were able to get 3 kills and break the T1 offlane tower and set up some wards around so blood had plenty of space for the next few minutes. Basically, it was technically my job to sacrifice for him but my hero was better at getting more out of the fight once the enemy had fully committed, then I was able to use that networth swing to apply deeper pressure on their side of the map to free up more for the bloodseeker. It takes asking for the exact right play at the exact time and getting trust out of your teammates, but it can have HUGE impact by allowing a hero that isn't "allowed" to play an aspect of their game the freedom to go wild for one fight. Sometimes that is enough. The mid player doing sometime stupid like cutting waves between T2 and T3 demands the enemy go do something about it for that lane is about to push into them very hard, but it's a deep spot to TP backwards for them that can buy you a lot of time and safety if you calculate the risks. Basically do stupid things sometimes, it will work because it's so stupid.
@@29Kd11-f3l Sorry but youtube formatting is garbage to read. You can either read what I said or miss out. I really don't give a fuck what you do. Just trying to pass on knowledge based on over 10K hours of playing. If you're here in a informational video to learn but you can't read something that took a couple min to write out, that's just your own loss in learning something.
Been doing this for years. It's called split pushing. I'd love to learn other strats but it's really the only viable strat I know of to equalize a losing game. You have to split up the enemy team and keep them on the back foot
Dont forget, with shard you can stand further out and put down upheval and the imps will run a LONG distance to suicide the enemy wave. You can play soo safe this way.
hey! consider having the full match or at least the last half when you make videos! Not sure about everyone else but I sure would enjoy watching these comebacks.
A bit surprised you went heal over the attack speed talent but I'm guessing it's because the Nyx is able to instantly stop the channeling. I'd still get it since it helps you take objectives so much faster.
Like you said, I thought I wouldn't get much value out of it because of Nyx Assassin. I'm not sure I used the heal all that much either so maybe Attack Speed would have been better in the end
With chen pulling creepwaves with creeps when enemy team trying to end, Can pull all 3 waves into trains in river / jungle consistently with certain fast enough creeps, only loss possible when team actively throwing for 20-30 minutes nonstop.
Yeah, I've always found it interesting that you lose some functionality going from Shadow Amulet to the upgraded items. I wonder if it would be too broken to have it included as an alternate function
Iv been maining death lrofit in offlane shes great in low mmr, you have a aoe silance thats the strongest gank tool their is and you can stay alive with your drain shes incredible at making the safe lane carry weaker
What? This is my normal build, but I don't really like solar crest build in warlock, can't cast when you start channelling and makes you weaker when you cast solar crest then press e,
Im seeing solar crest as first item now on supports, seems good as heck now. Also against wd who has aghs now, should i buy blink just to cancel his ward when im against some initiators like ember or storm or offlaners who'll target me? Last question what are good pos 4/5 heroes now aside from aa, warlock and np?
Incredible wave cutting heroes are NP, Earth spirit, Timber, MK, Anti mage, SF(blink). My 1st time playing 9k average game(I was the lowest at 7.1k). There was an incredible Earth spirit offlane who has glimmer sange kaya to 1 shot waves and never been seen on a minimap we were ahead for like 30 mins but can't hg risking getting kicked by ES into HG. We lost the game at 70 mins too busy to chase the creepwaves.
This is a great strategy in principle, but frankly very few supports can cut the wave from that far out, or at all without attacking the creeps. The most popular supports right now (based on regional qualifiers) - NP, Venge, Earth Spirit, Lion, and Undying can't do this. Rubick might, depending on what he steals, and Phoenix would be difficult.
i clicked thinking this was a tutorial on how to grief, that clickbait 😞 i used to play with a pos4 that would do this if we were getting stomped. he'd end the game with 20+ deaths but the guy practically bought us a private island's worth of space 😂 it would always end up in a situation where all cores are 6+ slotted and are all even despite their strong early & midgame
So sincere and real.
really adds credibility to your playstyle

Zq casually apologising for clickbaity title. What a great guy
It's such an obvious clickbait I don't think it even works as one
Lmao "if you make it to this point consider unmuting your team" i almost shit my pants there. This is literally my life.

Basically it's YOLO. Just say so. Wtf your essay I don't even read all of it.

the scary part is getting out of the base. It's always all dark at this point. And putting up a ward is such a high risk, i feel !
Use smoke and exit through the defenders gate.
snoop mode
Ah yes a strat that works in lower bracket were all games lasts for ever
Can confirm legend and below player dont know what to do when you split push and cut the wave. They just all teleport back.

Just hit a steak of ten wins last night, which means I need this tip because that means I'm about to go into a massive losing streak.
time to go down a rank after teh loss streak lol
awesome content as always Z!
Great vidya, Zacheroni!

i love shadow amulet on warlock, almost feels like a scam upgrading

Love ur vids
Can u make a video how to counter this kind of play?
make sure to have 2 waves pushing if 1 get cut you can switch to other lane
What? This is my normal build, but I don't really like solar crest build in warlock, can't cast when you start channelling and makes you weaker when you cast solar crest then press e,
I usually do this but sometimes it'll tilt my team...

I see dark willow and treant as well. Especially treant w shard, u can try, it’s crazy when u walk through gasp and root people on hit
@@thecrystalblue23 im having a hard time targetting dark willow's first skill, how do you place it onto the enemy btw?
amazing anti-toxic work for the community, wp!

bro in my games they just hit my mid rax min 16 what are you talking about
Dun worry, sups in low bracket will always stay in base and doesn’t react at all.
i've been doing shadow amulet on warlock till i reached divine 4 back in april
it's legit

NP can do this
Mute all players. I achieved true inner peace in my mind & soul by doing so.
