So sorry for the late reply--it's Medibang indeed! And the current tablet I have is an old medium sized Intuos pen+touch (no longer made I believe, but I've had good results from other Wacom tablets in the past)
My favorite villain headcanon is that deku is batshit crazy while also being scarily smart and analytical like in canon. You captured that perfectly!
