Hey guys, welcome to 4 way Death Swap but the item drops are random. In this video we played a regular death swap match but the only catch is that every block we break drops a random item in the game. This means we had the chance to get insane stuff like spawn eggs, god apples and more. We played 5 rounds and every round was crazy in its own different way, if you guys enjoy these types of videos make sure you leave a like and we'll do it again

I'm surprised Dev didn't notice the oak slab was actually a petrified oak slab based on how long it took hin to mine. Using a pickaxe is faster.

There's a setting for deathswap where it kills all pearls in the air when you swap. You can turn it off by doing /dssettings killPearls false. The default setting is true, which is why your pearls didn't work.

@@skritpcoolbean nah, ur wrong. he didnt throw them, even if he did, they'd land. if they didn't, he'd take damage. its basically a setting in the datapack/plugin
@@coltthebolt4620 Ender pearls will teleport you any distance, even across dimensions. The only requirement is that the chunk has to be loaded where the pearl is.

The enderpearl lasted right before you swapped. You can hear the teleport sound.

no it landed after the swap thats what killed him he only had 1.5 hearts a pearl takes more then that

The swapping does the teleport sound. Also silver wouldn’t have fallen.
No he got killed by the ender pearl. Since each ender pearl use takes away 2 hearts and he has 1 and a half heart

large magmas are lowkey op, they jump like 7 blocks, they break ur shied so fast, they do i think 3 hearts with full iron armour, and they're just so dumb.

@@jakeking974 I remember once i had a hardcore world and one of these tall things jumped up from the ground, 6 blocks below me, and started attacking me. i built up but there was a roof above my head. It kept attacking me, and it did like 50dmg to my shield a hit. Then i think it hit me twice and got me down to 5 hearts. Slimes really cant jump that high, and they dont do as much damage,

the pearls aren't working because your throwing them to early and there hitting the ground as your being swapped so the swap overrides the pearl if you throw it later then it should work.

That’s not it. Especially the second one, it was thrown too high for that to happen. Another comment mentioned that this particular plugin kills pearls on swapping (which I can not confirm, but seems highly plausible), so it’s more likely that.

The debug stick is actually very good yellow
You needed to throw the ender pearl so it it would land in a chunk that would be loaded by the player who you swapped with. I would try waiting till two second and throwing it straight down maybe.

I remember seeing a Dream deathswap vid and dream threw it around 1 or 2 seconds before the swap. however Dev threw it around 3 or 4 seconds.

That was like breaking stone with an axe
@@Gozieaaa that’s because it is the same as a stone slab but with a different texture
@@Gozieaaa it was like this because the old item ids classified all slabs as the same but with different textures so every slab had the same breaking time, all of those slabs had been turn into petrified oak slabs to keep comparability for old worlds when the new item sorting system came into play
