If he had said "my trap is all the pigmen outside," technically you were still fighting them and you were still stuck in that hole so you lost too. Just like you called your trap the whole ocean monument, but if you had said "no it's just the cobble hole," then he technically got out.

If you defeat the ender dragon, you get a point. When the ender dragon has been defeated for the first time, the game ends and the person with the most points wins. Both players get a compass with a 5 minute cooldown (its pretty easy to do, you just have to make it so the compass doesn't update automatically and instead updates on a player right click, with it also having a cooldown. not sure how hard tat would be to code but i assume it could be done)
