Yes, calling the Postal Police to the location and calmly explaining what happened and showing them the video proving the assault/battery took place and who did it would be a GREAT move, if the auditor had done some planning and preparing ahead of time (homework, online, making phone calls, getting information via email, by snail mail, whatever it takes) to have the correct phone number(s) and maybe even the names of the Postal Police for the area the audit is taking place. @@VladimirRuski Just so you know, in case they try to delete the video you had on there, in most cases anything you delete does not actually delete the file, it changes the first character of the file name to a symbol that the operating system does not recognize so it can not find it. That way it can record something else using that space. But there is software specifically made for finding those files and enable you to change the first character in the file name back to what it originally is so the operating system can recognize it and bring it back up. But use a computer that you can hook up to your camera/device to scan for the deleted file. That file will probably still be there as long as you do not record anything over it. Regarding the section of Poster 7 (Photographs): 1st sentence - News purposes. Courts have ruled that RUclipsrs are NOT press. If you channel is classified as 'Entertainment' NOT 'News', you are stating that you are NOT press. You are NOT conducting a Public Meeting. Authorized personnel CAN prohibit your filming. 2nd Sentence - You must have PRIOR PERMISSION from the Postmaster or instillation head to film and you can NEVER film in the retail area. Not your building - not your rules.
1. "courts?" which court? are you refering to one state court, in washington? also that verdict was that 1 person is not press, they need to be part of an outfit. are you stating that the first amendment is not an individual right, but a right you can only excorcise as a member of a state approved group? 2. the public meeting thing is about an auditorium that is used for public meetings. aka, if the auditorium wasnt used for public meetings, theres no written rule in poster 7 you can film it. it doesnt mean you can only film if you are having a public meeting with somebody. 3. you must have permission from the postmaster etc ONLY to film in areas that arent lobbies, foyers, corridors, entrances, and auditoriums when used for public meetings. "Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule. @royeric8083 no need for trolls, just the facts! Full rules need to be posted in every post office and copies given to police, of every police station. Filming customers, postal employees and more, is NOT allowed. Also, Post Offices are NOT tax payer funded and RUclips has rules against using people’s images without their permission. Requests for Filming and Still Photography on Postal Service Premises Many Post Office™ facilities receive requests from individuals and non-news organizations to film or take photographs on Postal Service™ premises. Non-news organizations may include but are not limited to the following: Entertainment companies. Students. Professional photographers. Documentary film-makers. Advertising agencies and non-profit organizations. Administrative Support Manual (ASM) subchapter 66 was recently revised through the article titled “ASM Revision: Responsibility for Licensing and Rights and Permissions Moves to Product Development” in Postal Bulletin 22214 (8-30-07, pages 5-8) to specify that all such requests (aside from news reporting) should be directed to the Office of Rights and Permissions. To see the revised ASM section, access the online ASM available on the Postal Service PolicyNet Web site: Go to (USPS Website) General policy for photography/filming on Postal Service premises may be found at Title 39 of the Code of Federal Regulations, section 232.1(i), and Postal Operations Manual (POM) Section 124.58, “Photographs for News, Advertising, or Commercial Purposes.” More detailed information appears below. Requests From News Media for Reporting All requests from qualified news reporting services to film or photograph on Postal Service premises must be referred to the local Public Affairs and Communications representative. Contact information is located on the Media Relations Web page at (USPS Website) Photography and Filming for Personal Use Informal snapshots from handheld cameras for personal use may be allowed at the postmaster’s discretion provided that there is no disruption to Postal Service operations and that the pictures are taken from areas accessible to the public. In these cases, no prior permission is required from the Office of Rights and Permissions; however, no lighting or scaffolding may be set up, and no picture can depict any Postal Service employee, customer, security camera, or cover of mail (i.e., the exterior of a mailpiece, which would show customer name and address among other things). Postmasters may restrict any and all photography if they determine that it is disruptive or there are potential security concerns. Professional Photographers and Film/TV Production Companies People who request to take professional-grade photographs or film on Postal Service premises must be referred to the Office of Rights and Permissions, and they will be required to sign a license and/or location agreement prior to taking any photographs or filming. Included in this category are documentary and student film-makers and photographers.

They do not have to take a record request there The post office is different, because it's not an actual federal agency They take record requests over the Internet in two places one is in Arlington, and I can't remember the other place But you cannot make a record request to the postmaster of a particular post office it will not be filled Again since they do not receive any federal funding they are different than other agencies and you can only to record requests into places that they allow it And that is on their website if you would bother look it up and there's nothing you can do about it
This auditor ALMOST knew what he was doing, what to SAY to all of them and HOW to state the LAW(S) to all of the ignorant, arrogant, uneducated, unprofessional government goons. He needed to TELL THEM, calmly on camera, what the LAW(S) clearly say he CAN DO as far as him making a public records request...auditors must be able to quote the LAW to these goons AND it is more than a good idea that they also HAVE WITH THEM a copy of the LAW(S) to be able to SHOW THEM what the LAW says. That IS HOW an auditor can put a govt goon in his/her place and pressure them on camera to get blank paper, to take the request from the auditor VERBALLY and to WRITE IT DOWN like a good govt worker bee public servant. (All LESS EXPERIENCED auditors need to watch a LOT of Long Island Audit, I.A.M. Free - Inland Auditing Media, Press NH Now, The J-Town Press and Tyrant Terminator Audits videos.) ALL OF THEM ARE PRO'S AT DOING AUDITS, they know their stuff inside and out, they do their homework before they go to a city, county, state of federal building, they know the laws and they can quote them or show them and they know what to say or ask depending on what is said to them...they are TEACHERS for less experienced auditors, and their valuable LESSONS are absolutely FREE.

The "judge" forbade me to use a camera ... . Still more hearings to go until the jury trial. I am optimistic. Thank you, brother. And I thank the other brothers and sisters who came before me and are teaching me so much. Bless you all, and keep up the good work.
What does the law on photography actually say? It isn't Poster Seven. That is just the public notice. Try Title 39 § 232.1 (I) Photographs for news, advertising, or commercial purposes. Except as prohibited by official signs or the directions of security force personnel or other AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL, or a Federal court order or rule, photographs for news purposes MAY be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums WHEN USED FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS. Other photographs may be taken only with the PERMISSION of the local postmaster or installation head. (my emphasis)
Read the last paragraph of Poster Seven, they have it. Frauditors concentrate on one part of one paragraph and ignore the rest. Enforcement Security Force personnel will exercise the powers under 18 U.S.C. 3061(c)(2) and are responsible for enforcing the regulations in this notice in a manner that will protect U.S. Postal Service property. Postmasters or installation heads may, with the approv- al of the Chief Postal Inspector or desig- nee, enter into agreements with State and local enforcement agencies to insure en- forcement of the regulations in a manner that will protect U.S. Postal Service prop- erty. Postal Inspectors, Office of Inspector General Special Agents, and anyone desig- nated by the Chief Postal Inspector may also enforce these regulations.

Just so you know, in case they try to delete the video you had on there, in most cases anything you delete does not actually delete the file, it changes the first character of the file name to a symbol that the operating system does not recognize so it can not find it.
Which is why you do not want to download an undelete software file on the device the video is on.

"Photographs for news purposes may be
taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public
meetings except where prohibited by
official signs or Security Force personnel
or other authorized personnel or a federal
court order or rule. Other photographs may
be taken only with the permission of the
local Postmaster or installation head."
so throw away your whole speil. the areas where you MAY have a point are "except where prohibited by
official signs or Security Force personnel
or other authorized personnel"
and thats with 100% following their rule and disregarding the constitution.\
but most importantly, it seems you drank this lamestream news media kool-aid they were promoting hard a few years ago, how about the first amendment only applies to them and not us plebs. how they are special, more protected, and better than us. you dont have to drink it. nobody is forcing you to drink it. what would you gain by drinking it?

Full rules need to be posted in every post office and copies given to police, of every police station. Filming customers, postal employees and more, is NOT allowed. Also, Post Offices are NOT tax payer funded and RUclips has rules against using people’s images without their permission.
Requests for Filming and Still Photography on Postal Service Premises
Many Post Office™ facilities receive requests from individuals and non-news organizations to film or take photographs on Postal Service™ premises. Non-news organizations may include but are not limited to the following:
Entertainment companies.
(Note: These ASM requirements do not apply to Postal Service employees who take photographs and film for official Postal Service business.) To see the revised ASM section, access the online ASM available on the Postal Service PolicyNet Web site:
Go to (USPS Website)
General policy for photography/filming on Postal Service premises may be found at Title 39 of the Code of Federal Regulations, section 232.1(i), and Postal Operations Manual (POM) Section 124.58, “Photographs for News, Advertising, or Commercial Purposes.” More detailed information appears below.
Requests From News Media for Reporting
All requests from qualified news reporting services to film or photograph on Postal Service premises must be referred to the local Public Affairs and Communications representative. Contact information is located on the Media Relations Web page at (USPS Website)
Photography and Filming for Personal Use
Informal snapshots from handheld cameras for personal use may be allowed at the postmaster’s discretion provided that there is no disruption to Postal Service operations and that the pictures are taken from areas accessible to the public.
Professional Photographers and Film/TV Production Companies
People who request to take professional-grade photographs or film on Postal Service premises must be referred to the Office of Rights and Permissions, and they will be required to sign a license and/or location agreement prior to taking any photographs or filming. Included in this category are documentary and student film-makers and photographers.

The post office is different, because it's not an actual federal agency
They take record requests over the Internet in two places one is in Arlington, and I can't remember the other place
But you cannot make a record request to the postmaster of a particular post office it will not be filled
Again since they do not receive any federal funding they are different than other agencies and you can only to record requests into places that they allow it
And that is on their website if you would bother look it up and there's nothing you can do about it
Oh, the USPS isn’t an actual Federal agency? LoL… How effing stupid that sounds…. Silly…
Free - Inland Auditing Media, Press NH Now, The J-Town Press and Tyrant Terminator Audits videos.)
