They do not have to take a record request there The post office is different, because it's not an actual federal agency They take record requests over the Internet in two places one is in Arlington, and I can't remember the other place But you cannot make a record request to the postmaster of a particular post office it will not be filled Again since they do not receive any federal funding they are different than other agencies and you can only to record requests into places that they allow it And that is on their website if you would bother look it up and there's nothing you can do about it

You can't film in a US courthouse without the chief judge's permission. This is the general rule in both the US state and federal courts. A judge's rule has the effect of law and you can be held in contempt and jailed if you disobey them. You might also be prosecuted for loitering or trespassing. There is no constitutional right to walk into any public building and ignore the rules and regulations. Always do research before attempting to enter any publix building.
