Okay, here are some hints At the start of the level you can grab the blue skull with the whiplash, it cuts a big chunk of time You can set a sawtrap when V2 is in that cutscene You don't need to pick the whiplash again after V2's death if you already have it, unlike the knuckleblaster in the first fight And you can hold down your whiplash button for longer to grapple to the 3rd or even 4th orb after the fight
As somebody who has yet to beat this level, this is exactly how I see myself beating it. Thanks for showing the tips, though a nail bomb or saw trap in the middle could help a lot in terms of damage in phase 1.
That first reset is what happened to me as well on my first attempt, lmao. I tried to dash jump and hit the pillar, then fell into the chasm when I tried to save it, so I just reset.
