Hey guys, I hope you enjoy this Burn 100 Calories in 5 min Challenge! I know how much you guys love a quick but powerful workout, and this is definitely that! after doing this and resting for just a couple minutes i burned a total of 55 calories! i’m actually surprised because usually i burn around 25/30 per five minutes. thank you for this!

@@nonochangbinno I agree with you, you should love yourself no matter your weight or looks, after all nobody is perfect.But that doesnt mean that individual shoudnt try to be better and fitter.Someone is more confident when loose weight and get fitter.The only important thing is to feel good in your own skin and be healthy no matter how you want to look like, as long as you put realistic expectations for yourself.I personally feel good and confident when eat healthy and exercise.Have a nice day.

The workout:
30 seconds each
High knees
Up and over lunges
Knee to elbows
Shoulder taps
Bicycle crunches
Jump squats
Jumping jacks
Up and down planks
Knee to chest crunches
Sprint

Omg this is so good I’ve been doing this for 2 days (+ other workouts) and I’ve already seen changes even when I’m bloated and I sweat sooo much 🥰🥰
so i’ll update this and put what i eat, how the workout went and my weight every day.

(i do this workout twice a day every day)
day 1:✅did it twice. hard.
ate today: two medium green apples
two small hash browns
weight: 42.1kg

im a 16year old girl who is 172cm and 67kg and i burnt 103 calories doing this ❤️ it really helps after accidentally eating something bad to burn off the guilt

I burned 56 calories on my Apple Watch. Overall one of my favorite short HIIT workouts

this was a good workout for when your crunched for time, definitely gets your heart rate up! unfortunately I only burned 30 cals though. but I never burn a lot even on longer workouts.

As much as I would love love do a five minute cardio workout, I don't think I am quite ready to push myself to do a really quick and intense workout yet, I literally stretched for 5 minutes this afternoon and I kidding you not, I swearing so much that you would think I did a workout or something but I did do a little bit of dancing afterwards and that was pretty fun even though I am a terrible dancer 💖👌

first time doing this, but I’ve been working out before this one, I’ve been doing daisy keech hourglass abs workout for almost 40 days now, and a workout by Gloria song for nearly a month, now I’m starting this one and another one by Pamela! I have seen results so far with the workouts I’ve been already doing, so adding another one into the mix to be doing over 30 minutes of exercise a day :) 💐
Day 1: honestly, since I had done other workouts I was so shattered after this, my legs were so sore but since I’ve already been into the workouts before, it wasn’t AS hard as it probably would’ve been if I hadn’t already been working out! A good burner tho and did sweat quite a bit ✅

OMG! I have to tell you the story that led to me finding this workout! I sent my best friend a message this morning telling her that I was about to do a workout, then mentioned to her that today is National Fitness Day and she replied to me saying, "Oh cool! Do an extra 5 minutes for National Fitness Day!" I told her I would, so after I finished my regular 30 minute workout (on another channel) I searched for a short workout and this 5 minute one came up, so I decided to do it. I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed it! And I subscribed to your channel.
