I never cared for the mega buster being one of Franks' supers. It's just a reskin of Ryus' big hadouken laser and it's based off a silly new game plus prize that was more of an easter egg cameo than anything. I'd much rather have a super that summons one of the psychos to run around and damage the opponent like Jill & the boss zombie, the obvious choice probably being Adam the clown with his mini-saws.
