Brilliant timing. My wife, our jack Russell and myself are doing this area mid July. I heard you saying that you were there in April, we're travelling in a 7mtr motorhome so what do you think about how busy it might be and what about getting the van parked at some of the interesting places? Gonna definitely buy your book, seems like a must have for our trip. Btw we're from invergordon in the Highlands of Scotland and part of the North Coast 500 that I enjoyed your RUclips video of. Hi Jimmy, thanks for watching. Mid-July is the start of the summer holidays so it will be starting to get quite busy indeed. I would try and get some campsites booked ahead for sure. The book will be very useful to help you make a plan for your trip. The next 3 videos in this series will also hopefully give you some more inspiration for locations to see along the way. If you’ve driven your motorhome across the highlands you shouldn’t have any issues in the South West, the only thing is the roads can be very narrow and there are single tracks that don’t have so many passing places as up in the Highlands so it will require some patience. All the best with the trip 👍😀

A very tough question indeed! The roads are certainly a lot tighter in Cornwall. What time of year are planning to do it?

Yes it is 👍 There are another 3 videos coming over the next 3 weeks covering the rest of the trip. It was impossible to put them into one video it would be about 4 hours long 👍
