Hello Friends,
I'm so glad to inform that, the much awaiting tutorial on how to create Employee Leave management database is uploaded. The Lesson is in two parts and you're watching the first part of it.
In this tutorial, we use the previous Employee Database we created. In here we manage leave types, track employee leaves, report employees leave with Debt added.
Print Overall Leave summary report with Balances and Grouped.
The project will be continued in the second part.

Hi.. I have a problem entering enddate and start date.. the same date system not accepting even i put StartDate>=EndDate, Please help me to solve this. I need to record same day leave(one day Levae)
Hello! can you elaborate more on the need?
sir can you teach us on company loan , or any kind of loan wherein every payroll will auto deduct certain amount until it pays all the loan. in addition there should be an option whether this paroll will skip paying the loan. for example that is is sick and is absent for so many days, so this coming payroll he is not gonna deduct the loan as there will be not much left for his salary. thsnk you very much sir.

For this you can make use of date diff function to get difference in dates or times
