    Hey Mike! Been following you for about 3 years now and I love that you share knowledge and practical wisdom that other so-called "influencers" just glaze over!
    I would love to see more of these 20-25 minute Golds Gym sessions, like you used to do pre-Covid + bringing in different experts and people who share the same "Titan Mindset"!
    You're an inspiration for me and help me keep my mind on continually getting better, not just for a day, a month or a year BUT A LIFETIME!!!

    I love Mike for the reason that he doesn’t play any bs, he’s honest, and there’s almost no PC live by your feelings stuff. He’s a definition of a man and he surrounds himself with others that think the same. You are who you hang around with and he proves it.

    videos like this make me so glad i am fan and respect Mr. O'hearn! there is a certain celebrity chiropractor who said that there is no way this exercise is safe for the lower back. i have that nerve pain in my lower back on the right and used to go all the way down to my foot! i went back to good morning, stiff legs, and deadlifts.... guess what? 10% of the pain, no wait, its not even pain anymore just a nagging feeling! you guys mentioned stretching and let me tell you that from experience it does wonders! thanks for sharing! 🙏🏽

    A good chiropractor in the UK is very hard to find. They all looking for reoccurring business and not looking to resolve a problem or to teach how to maintain it.

    HI!
    I had surgery for a herniated lumbar disc about 10 months ago.I've heard different opinions about resuming some exercises(for example:deadlifts) wich put stress on your back.What do you recomend?Can I resume my workout or these type of exercises are banned from now on for me?

    deadhangs for the back and for the shoulders. even helps the wrists. nothing better then hitting a deadlift pr and then letting gravity grow you an inch taller xD

    I love deads. I’m a woman and of course I also like them for the booty. I was wondering do you think hip thrusts are necessary for for booty. For some reason I find them awkward.

      I’m trying hip thrusts also and I’m a guy I’m not Mike sorry but they not only great for your glutes and ass but great for your squat form aswell especially single leg but when you first start doing them it can feel awkward but there are loads of great excersise s for your booty

    This is pretty funny to me i hurt my disk playing football age 18 . Got told not to deadlift by a doctor went payed 300 dollers to see a sports doctor. He was pissed off with my doctor he told me this is a minor disk injury everyone is walking around with one. He told me Deadlifting under supervision would be the best thing for your back. Sent me to his sport trainer 28 now no change in my disk .

      nah man chiro saved my life
      had set of injury which my body compensated over - developed over them - so he literally beat the shit out of my ligaments and tendons to lose them up and ,,open" the injured spots. AND gave me a set of isometric exercises to reprogram posture and anatomy
      aftet 3 months- I was good as new
      and one my first gold in brasilian jiu jitsu
      ... on the other hand, doctor would probably try to convince me that sport is ,bad for me'
