From what we've seen so far, it seems that different scenarios will have different versions of the song. In terms of Guard Scorpion, phase 2 has a bit more emphasis on guitar; but who knows, maybe there'll be a version with a later boss that sounds even more faithful and has a larger focus on electric. :)
