What you say is interesting but many people are eating too much glucose usually in the form of starch (grains), never mind the other monosaccharides, galactose and fructose. Most of the excess carbohydrate or protein if not utilised for energy increases adipose tissue whilst challenging the endocrine function of the pancreas and contributing to an inability to produce insulin. I wonder if the so callĺed experts have ever tried a zero carbohydrate regimen. After many different diets (vegetatarian, vegan, raw vegan, grain free whole foods low fat, Paleo and never keto) simply to be healthy a carnivore regimen has been astounding for me. 😮
