Nice job Lee, I see you suffer from the same problem as me with condensation on the inside of the van roof, I'm thinking of fitting a wind driven roof vent to help combat the problem apparently it helps?
@@completeexteriorcleaningse750 I'm too lazy to put in the extra effort 😂. I have a very rough idea how much work goes into the vids you guys put out and I couldn't commit to that. Plus if you think you waffle you have no clue! I can talk not only the hind legs off a donkey but all 4! 😂
Hi Craig I go by square meter and if it's a large driveway then I do them a better deal......people in my area are charging anything from 1.50 to 6.00 per square meter
You can get bags of tarmac for small repairs but to be honest its probably best to just replace it in my opinion as the small repairs tend to.crumble out as they don't have enough surface to hold onto onto unless it's quite a deep hole
There's 2 hoses off the jet washer 1 draws the water in while your jet washing and when you stop the pump continues to run so I place both hoses into the water barrell this prolongs the life of your pump so uts not starting and stopping all the time
Hi thanks for watching and supporting the channel I set the pressure washer at about 80 bar which is the same for roofs that won't damage the tarmac then for most tarmac driveways. But you may need to go down to about 50 if it's an old delicate tarmac driveway
Great job mate...im hoping to start in 12 months...any advice would be greatly received...one guy on here wanted to charge me 95 a phone call...245 for a zoom call.....thats no help to me
Definitely got to get one At least 13lpm ,Anything else and your there twice as long and twice as hard To run a Surface Cleaner 20 inch your ideally wanting 21lpm, then you'll know your Power Washing but you need to careful as it can damage alot of things aswel due to the Pressure...Good luck
Hi Sue It can be if you don't know what your doing I've seen people turbo nozzle tarmac which just breaks it up best method is with a flat surface cleaner on lower pressure and clean in circlular motions.....you could use a fan jet nozzle but you risk the chance of stripe marks so the surface cleaner is the best option
@@completeexteriorcleaningse750 I got a little katcher power washer it has a tool similar to this that attaches on the end its supposed to be for patios but would it work on moss on tarmac do you think? Would i need to have it killed off first with moss killer do you think?
Setups looking good Lee 👍🏻
Cheers Ben few tweeks here and there I think

Great to see the new van up and running - all be it a work in progress. Do you like the new van better than the old one?

Do you price pressure washing by the square metre or just on how long you think it will take?
Hi Craig I go by square meter and if it's a large driveway then I do them a better deal......people in my area are charging anything from 1.50 to 6.00 per square meter
Is their anyway to repair tarmac that's been damaged from a bad power washing job that was too rough and damaging on the tarmac ?
You can get bags of tarmac for small repairs but to be honest its probably best to just replace it in my opinion as the small repairs tend to.crumble out as they don't have enough surface to hold onto onto unless it's quite a deep hole
Hello. I would like to know how you connected return pipe to barrel on pressure washer so pump keeps working.
There's 2 hoses off the jet washer 1 draws the water in while your jet washing and when you stop the pump continues to run so I place both hoses into the water barrell this prolongs the life of your pump so uts not starting and stopping all the time
do do you use a water propane water heater as opposed to a hot pressure washer?
I'm just in the process of setting it up properly in the van I've used it before for bin cleaning eventually I will geta hot box of some kind
Hi there. Can you use hypochlorite on tarmac drives ? Cheers.
Hi Daniel NO you can't use Hypo on tarmac it will bleach it leaving it patchy
@@completeexteriorcleaningse750 thanks for the reply. Can you recommend a product / surfactant to help clean a tarmac tennis court? Cheers.
@@danielcope7929 contact Mike at GKPRO tell him I sent you to him he can advise the best biocide for a tennis court
What can be used on a tarmac drive way?
Jet wash it ideally with a surface cleaner you can't use Hypo but I think GKpro is OK on tarmac just double check with them
How much pressure are you using on tarmac?

Just keep going try and get compacted work for window cleaning but it will grow in time
I just use wet and Forget it seem,s to work fine
I’m wanting to start up a business is 10lpm good?

hi le be the karcher should remove the moss depending on how bad it is if its quite thick you might need to use a moss killer to loosen it off
None bio soap powder on tar Mac drive sprinkled on & leave moss hates it
I've heard this before but never tried it
