Balcony should have been to master room instead of guest. A big con. Otherwise layout expect for kitchen size was decent.

Regarding mid floor amenity, If you happen to see SSPL The strand and Shubh Tristar, you will catch the similarity. All three project designs are made by Cubix. They are experimenting this concept in their new projects.

This middle floor amenities is a concept followed by commercial projects. Like say Business Bay in Yerwada. But the project looks good, just the parking one and the the 5 senses amenities part is dicy. Like the fruits one, who will maintain and manage them and who would enjoy them.
