Hi There is another project Majestique Marbella in East side of this project also has same 3bhk floor plan but there is huge in pricing which just few metres away from main road even possession is in early 2025. Isn't it worth buying there. Connectivity for both project is quite same. What's your view on comparison between these two projects. By the way your videos are quite descriptive and detailed as compared to other channels, keep continue the same it's just matter of time people will keep flocking in for your videos for guidance and review.
Marbella is much better in quality, you can go and feel the quality and as they have the real flat you won't be like was shown something else and got else. And yes as Shanshank said negligible difference in the locality is there.

Marbella was selling 3bhk for 1.15 cr in december .. now they have started asking more due to VJ. But the quality of the flat is poor in majestique
