    There is a floor rise 25rs. Per sq ft after 4th floor.. I had visited this property 1week ago..yes they said we can work it out at the time of final discussion..also they charge 2lac extra if you want parking on ground floor, and 1lac for basement 1..and these costs are not included in their cost sheet..just thought of informing you

      Yes this is illegal but they are not forced to buy parking they provide 1 open reserve car park in pkg but people want covered parking that's why builders logo ke emotions ka fayda uthate hai kahi na kahi buyers ki bhi galti hai

    These videos help , thank you. We are from Hyd and looking for property, mostly the advisors guide to VTP and Godrej which we didnt like much as living space itself seems congested and over priced. We are looking for a good and spacious flat with proper pricing. Nowadays agents ( called as advisors) are not even speaking or informing regarding properties like this. So, your videos are kind of awareness also for everyone. 🤘🏻

      You can visit properties of Krishna, Legacy, Tulip, Rama, etc in western Pune. They offer flats in better price and good quality. Avoid VTP as track record of builder is not good. VTP only believe in launching new projects but can’t deliver existing projects on time. Godrej is overpriced and I couldn’t see any quality difference.

    One more point is entry lobby is small compared to Kcity.
    And also if we can see loading is more then kcity.

    Hey! One of those rare blogs where you actually gave a clear verdict. Kudos to that clarity. Few questions -
    Is it ok to go for the top floor option (14th)
    Can you share the negotiated figure that you got for a 3 BHK (any variant)
    Which variant of 3BHK makes the most sense. (Reading that lobby is quite small and the price difference)
    Do you see the area's locality and traffic situation improving while we get possession.

      1. Dont go for top floor not here but anywhere better stay with 13th or 12th
      2. Did nit get any update on price but tou can connect and ask no is given in the vlog
      3. Bigger carpet size is better
      4. Its been sanctioned that there gonna be a flayover coming to keshavnagar soon so that signal issue would get resolved and pmc water issue will be resolved till then as its into pmc
      Overall good but i suggest once look for kcity also then decide

      Tricky question i would suggest kcity cz it have already lots of residential project done and given possession in market basil mondale is new but if you want something new then you can give a thought for mondale also

      In KCity only problem is that I feel that amenities are on the top floor and there is not much open space around the building. Also they are giving MHADA within the society so in future we may have maintenance issues with that building.

      Yes - it's such a mess there, not sure why people don't realize it as there are lot of local/small shops etc. and the village residents are tough to be removed. Better to go for Kharadi if the budget is a bit flexible.
