We are looking for a good and spacious flat with proper pricing. Nowadays agents ( called as advisors) are not even speaking or informing regarding properties like this. So, your videos are kind of awareness also for everyone. 🤘🏻
You can visit properties of Krishna, Legacy, Tulip, Rama, etc in western Pune. They offer flats in better price and good quality. Avoid VTP as track record of builder is not good. VTP only believe in launching new projects but can’t deliver existing projects on time. Godrej is overpriced and I couldn’t see any quality difference.

Its been sanctioned that there gonna be a flayover coming to keshavnagar soon so that signal issue would get resolved and pmc water issue will be resolved till then as its into pmc Overall good but i suggest once look for kcity also then decide

Yes - it's such a mess there, not sure why people don't realize it as there are lot of local/small shops etc. and the village residents are tough to be removed. Better to go for Kharadi if the budget is a bit flexible.
