This "bug" shouldnt be possible, because mobs cant spawn behind this thing so it shouldnt drop there because items ONLY drop in the spot that monster die, this means that you had so much loot in that room that the item has been pushed somewhere else, and in this case its there...
it happen to me but i wasnt able to get any of the loot.. i was on metamorph room i killed the monster and idk what happened but i wasnt able to get any of the loot that droped from the monster.. it was in 3.15 or 3.16 , i dont remember.. if there was a headhunter on the loot and i couldnt get i would probably quit the league...
Wouldn't have worked. This location is impossible for your character to reach. There is another location like this in the Bazaar map. The item can drop between models on the map and there is no way to pick up an item that you are not standing over.

I had the same problem a while ago in heist. My enhance support were stuck and i couldnt get it. Sucks so much.
the solution was using a leap slam, that has the bug to can be stuck in that places. sorry the bad feeling
