You can not blame the narrator for being so sarcastic. They went through hours of Jodi rambling on about the most random shit in the interviews. Poor guy probably lost braincells. That may be true, but the prosecution kept evidence from the jury. They found graphic pornography, along with a host of viruses, on Travis's computer.

While crimes can be used as a way to learn the pshycology behind the actions, people should still treat the victims and those affected (like victims family) with some god damn respect.

Comparing Jodi to Ranboo feels like a sin. if you love JCS I would highly recommend Matt Orchard, he's made videos similar to JCS but has made his own name by including his own wit and comedy and analyzing other often ignored parts of cases like how defendants and prosecutors try to subconsciously rewrite the narrative based on how they tell their version of events
I always think "damn these people are stupid as shit" when watching JCS videos, but I forget that these are the cases that were solved, so there must be a slip-up somewhere.

edit: i know this isnt what’s happening, but are there any interrogations like this where the person who killed somebody’s brain completely blocked it out so they actually arent lying (on purpose) when they claim they didnt do it?
Addressing your edit: I don't think so? Usually, memory blocking happens when PTSD sinks in which can take about 3 months depending, usually interviews happen ASAP. Also, it is possible that they don't remember part of the murder itself, but they probably remember the aftermath. It's pretty unlikely that someone could clean up an entire murder scene (could take hours) and completely forget they did it, it might only be in bits and pieces because of trauma dissociation, but they'd remember parts. Also, they would remember the lead-up, it might be a little fuzzy but it would be only the killing itself they would forget, especially if it was a passion killing.

im actually distantly related to travis through marriage! my grandma and uncle both met travis before his death, and my grandma has told me that he had told his family that if he died/went missing, it was jodi (this might not be 100% true, so blame my grandma if thats the case lol)
if sneeg hasn’t already, i recommend watching the stephen mcdaniel jcs vid. it’s very entertaining. The psychology of prince andrew video is very interesting as well. The narrator also rolls andrew. There is the official one that jcs uploaded and a reupload of the original one jcs did that got changed later on.
I believe he bundled the stephen case with the jeff one, since the latter was so short.
