New CBD skyscraper CapitaSpring features sky garden that will open to the public

Developing a greener office building could be a way to attract tenants. CapitaSpring, a 51-storey development, has done just that by securing 93% in committed occupancy. It will be home to a host of multinational companies from the banking, IT and real estate sectors. There is a four-storey botanical promenade that will be open to the public. To support Singapore's Green Plan, a 600-metre cycling path circles the building.
