  • Developing a greener office building could be a way to attract tenants. CapitaSpring, a 51-storey development, has done just that by securing 93% in committed occupancy. It will be home to a host of multinational companies from the banking, IT and real estate sectors. There is a four-storey botanical promenade that will be open to the public. To support Singapore's Green Plan, a 600-metre cycling path circles the building.

Please don't just make gardens with exotic plants for human's ornamental enjoyment purposes. Instead aim to retain or create habitats to preserve our native fauna and flora.
