Hey thank you for watching! As you can see this video took a little longer because I took the plunge and added ~l i p s y n c~
I'm still figuring out how I want the sketchy "flash back" parts to look but thank you for the support so far on the new styles I've been trying out! ALSO it's really awesome how many of you have been checking out my other content while waiting for new uploads, the support I've gotten lately has been crazy and I'm more than thankful!
Next upload shouldn't take as long as I had to take a bit of time to figure out how to integrate the lip sync & also took on a couple extra jobs to help pay my bills last month - I'm not gonna set a deadline just in case something comes up but look forward to more content hopefully pretty soon!
Thank you for watching again and have a great day! :DD

In 1st grade my school had a talent contest. I wasn’t going to enter but my little brother was SO excited and he didn’t want to do it alone. Problem is, neither of us had any talents that would work for a talent show. So what did we go with? Jumping. Not particularly impressive jumping either. One of us lay on the ground and the other jumped over them. That’s it.
Halfway through our incredible performance, I realized I had to step up my game. The other kids had real talents. The kid before us played the recorder! How can anyone live up to that?! So I tried to spin in midair aaaaaaaand kicked my brother in the face :|
    We didn’t win.

I still vividly remember in 4th grade that I had to do a group project where the topic was water facts. The teacher said everyone in the group had to do one fact and that we aren't allowed to have one person do all the work. The project got a D because my fact was the only true one on the entire paper, the rest of the kids completely made up facts. About water. Like one kid was saying that water was the most dense liquid.

One group project I had...um, we had to create a brand new civilization from scrath, and I had three other teammates, one was a popular blonde hair stereotype, the others where her "posse." I somehow ended up being the leader of the group, so I evenly divided the work between us. The next time we met up, I had done all my work, and only one person from the other three people brought in ONE piece of paper with drawings on it. This went on for a few weeks, until we had to present. We got voted the best, and I LITERALLY had to do ALL the work. We all got to take home our own work, and I took 90% of it. Then, the blonde hair girl said "You didn't give us any work to do!" Needless to say, I got very triggered, and tried not to talk to them at all means necessary after that.

I had a partner who drew one or two pictures on a poster, I drew the rest, decorated the border, did the research, took it home to work on, wrote the paragraphs neatly, organized it in a clear manner, and when I finished and brought it to school, the teacher said "You are going to present because I know you didn't do anything." IN FRONT OF THE CLASS! I just laughed nervously but in my head I was like "WHAT!"

    every time i had a group project i somehow always got paired with this one kid who didn't know how to do *anything* and pretty much destroyed whatever he touched. for one project we had to create an original design for an art class. We had about 3 weeks, and after i finished the pot [since my teammate did nothing] i left it at school to dry because i didn't want to have to deal with it at home with my 4 siblings. When i arrived at school, i walked into the art room to see my pot shattered. Apparently my partner was trying to reach for it [i had put it on a high shelf to avoid taking up much space] and he nudged it enough to push it off the shelf, and shattered it. Luckily, the i still had a week until the deadline. I rushed to create another pot and got a B+ on the assignment. was a shame tho, the other pot would have been an A ;-;

    2. Way too big group, F (maybe higher)
    3. With friends so you get distracted (maybe something above F)
    4. With competent people (definitely above C)
    5. Socially awkward group, you just sit there doing something you chose to do, results vary.

    This literally just happened.
So I'm in my science class and I join a group with a few friends. We decide to make a video, and one of my group members complains that he never gets to edit. Ok.... so I gave him the film thing. Later after an annoying amount of scripting that was not needed, we begin recording. We record with these cool things called flipcameras, and after 2 hours of recording and being late to a class, we finished. I plugged the thing into my computer, and my group member declares it's done loading. Before I can say no, he rips the plug out.... and all the footage is deleted. We record again and after we recorded that, we recorded a little more, improv luckily. We just needed information. So the next day, I asked them what they learned, and they said I WAS supposed to do research, after I said I had been editing. Fine... I know most of the information anyways. Well, while I was editing I noticed they were talking and one of them was making a slide show to REPLACE ALL THE WORK "WE" DID. So, I get them to stop, and ask them to come up for lunch, and one says I need a breaks, even though it was the beginning of the day, and he didn't do much. The other said he too, needed a break.
This is barely the beginning, and I wonder what other horrors I will come across.
    Wish me luck.......

Lmfao great video once again Chip! Loved it.
There was a group project in my English class where we had to act out something from I think some Shakespeare play in simplified English. We were allowed to use music for effect and someone in our group picked Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and brought a boombox to class on the day of our presentation. It was a total embarrassment because as soon as the music started playing, our entire group just started giggling uncontrollably, making us all barely be able to read the lines out loud. No one in our class was amused, including the teacher. I think we got a C on that assignment.

Okay, so in honors English class we are divided into groups of five for literature circles. Each group gets a book to read, and each member fulfills a different role (word watcher, illustrator, summarizer, connector, did I mention this is a high school honors class?) and fills out a worksheet with key points they want to bring up during the lit circle discussion. We change roles every couple chapters.
We are told to try to spread the roles evenly among us and not repeat unless necessary, but the same two people have been our illustrator every time. One of them is probably only there for about 60% of them, the other guy doesn't do a very good job, and neither of them actually do the reading. And it's an interesting book, too, we all love it. (It's _Stiff_ by Mary Roach. It's about the different uses for donated bodies.) Right now this lit circle is our only grade for the semester, and if we weren't graded individually, I would be absolutely screwed.

Whenever i had a group proyect at school. I would ask the teacher to group me with the less productive people possible. The less interested in working ...
THEN i would tell them to forget about the project and to the WHOLE THING myself, just myself without help, becouse i hate depending on other people so much.. and then i would put the names of the other team mates, usually my method worked and everyone would get an A.. so free A for everyone involved.
I cant do that in college tho, but at least i know the team mates will work hard since they are literally paying for the classes

In 7th grade, we had to make a presentation on cells. I was in a group of 4. When we started, the group did nothing. They talked and looked at random images on Google. I had shared it with them on Google. I wrote that i did pretty much everything on the last slide. The day of the presentation, i discovered that they changed the end slide to make it look like I did nothing. I talked to the teacher about it. Turns out, she saw me do everything and them do nothing. I got an A while the rest of my group got an F

    This is a bit long:
So once I had a partner project with one of my good friends. We had to label places in the world and write about them in small paragraphs. She was in charge of drawing a map while I was in charge of typing things out. When she finished the map we realized she didn't leave me any space for me to write out the descriptions on the poster so we changed our plan. We printed out everything I wrote and posted it to ANOTHER poster and taped the two posters together. We got our grade online and we got an 89. When I got to school She had the NERVE to tell me "we only got that grade because of you." Of course! Because she couldn't have pOsSIblY messed from doing nothing but coloring. Let's just say I wanted to punch her gut, but I didn't. When we went to the teacher she told us that she wanted all the info on ONE poster so she took off 10 points and 1 more because I misspelled a word. Basically I rubbed it in her face that it was actually her fault and not mine that we got a B (geez I'm a horrible friend)

The last time I had to do a group project was on a day we call Enrichment Day where instead of doing normal lessons, you do one particular thing for the whole day. In this case, we had to do a presentation about Fair Trade. Out of my whole year, we were put into groups (I forgot how many). When I was picked into my group (they said my name last lol), we went into the room we had to. You see, I have a really weird and stupid phobia of stickers (before you laugh at me like everyone does, it’s called Pittakionophobia. Look it up). I hate being afraid of them. I don’t know why, they just make me really nervous.
The thing is, the teacher we were assigned to wasn’t a teacher who worked at this school. He was a visitor. And he was elderly. He said ‘oh, I’m not gonna be able to remember your names’ and the person next to me said ‘we can write our names on these stickers and put them on ourselves’. I said ‘No’, but since I’m really quiet, no one heard me (or maybe they all hate me and just ignore me lol), and I started panicking a lot. I managed to convince myself to get up and ask to leave. I have a thing called an exit pass, so when I’m having a panic attack (anxiety is just a pain lol) I can show it to the teacher and just leave without a word.
This was the only time I used it because I felt nervous when using it because I thought I’d be distracting the lesson.
I went up to him, crying a little, and said ‘Excuse me?’
    He didn’t hear me.
So I said it a few more times, and tapped him on the back.
‘Excuse me sir, could I go and stand outside for a bit please?’
And he didn’t hear me, and saw I was crying.
    T = teacher
    M = me
    P = other person
    T: are you alright?
M: I have an exit pass, can I go to study base please (where I can go when I use the pass)?
T: sure. Do you want someone to go with you?
    M: ok
    P: I’ll go
And so I went with the other person. I knew them, so I felt pretty safe. When I got to study base, they left, and I went up there.
The next part isn’t too important, but instead of doing the presentation, I had to at least write about it. A teacher who actually worked at the school took me to a room where 2 groups were practicing (I forgot to mention, there was 2 groups per room. When they had got their presentation sorted, they’d perform it to some other teachers who would pick the winner). So I wrote a few notes on Fair Trade with Coffee Beans.
While I was in there, I had to leave about 3 or 4 times because I kept panicking and had to calm down outside. I didn’t mean to panic, I just didn’t feel safe (I never do ever since someone tried to rob us).
The thing is, someone who was in my form was in there. And I’m sorry to say, but he was the biggest jerk in my entire form.
He saw me panicking, and started to mock me by looking directly at me and making crying noises and that gesture you do when you cry. Basically, he was making fun of me for having anxiety. I had calmed down, but I didn’t like what he was doing. So, I did the nest thing I could think of doing that wouldn’t get me in trouble: I stared at him. I stared so much he looked away at times.
The thing that really annoys me is that he still does it, a week after the event. He’s decided to pick on me for having anxiety.
    So yeah.
If you read all this, then you’re literally the best person and I applaud you for taking your time. It took a hella long time to type it up (and I’m on a phone so my fingers are in pain oof), so uhHhHH bye

Bruh I hate it when people do stuff like that. There were some people in primary school who used to do stuff like that when I or someone else who was considered a "perfect victim“ had a sad/bad/embarrassing/… moment. I never knew what to do back then so I either just stood there weirdly or when I tried to speak up they were like "what? We can’t hear you, silent kid, speak louder“ (heh, silent kid or mute kid (translated) was a nickname these people gave me). Nowadays I would react differently, but luckily these people aren‘t around me anymore. I know some of them have changed to the better, some of them haven’t and with most of them I don‘t know.
But I hope for you that you have nothing to do with these people anymore because the longer you have to deal with them the more annoying it gets if nothing changes… :/

Once I had a math group project on making a math game, we made a math memory game. Basically each kid made 10 questions and answers but, the two kids in my group weren’t the best at math per say, let’s just say in the end I had to fix most of the cards and answers by writing the correct answers instead. It took forever to find all the answers and the cards that are supposed to go with them.
But in the end we had a great time making the game so it was all worth it. ;)

I had a TERRIBLE group project experience. We were in 5th grade and we had to basically say how we could possibly find a way to survive on another planet. We had Uranus (btw our teacher purposely said it wrong so we wouldn’t make jokes and if we said it the correct way we’d get yelled at) So for my slide I had to find a way to get oxygen food and water on Uranus. Now we’ve actually grown a whole garden in our basement with no sunlight, so I based my slide on that. I was working on it at home one night and realized someone in our group had a grammar mistake on her slide, so I fixed it. Then I thought of an awesome idea for her slide, I put it in and thought, “It should be fine! If she doesn’t like it you can always delete it!” The next day at school we got in our group and she said, “OMG MY SLIDE! ITS COMPLETELY CHANGED!! THE FONT, THE PICTURES, THE COLOR EVERYTHING!! AUDREY YOU WERE ON LAST NIGHT, ITS YOUR FAULT!!!” I calmly explained that I just had an idea and that she can delete it if she doesn’t like it. Then she went on to say how everything was different about the background (because that’s all we really cared about) I said, no it’s not different from before. She changed everything back and went on with our day. Then on the day we were presenting I didn’t get a chance to look at our slides before hand because I wasn’t the one sharing it with the teacher. When I got up to say my slide I found that EVERYTHING was changed! The background, the font, the pictures the information wasn’t even mine! I tried saying it but the text blended into the background and the grammar was absolute crap. I had no idea what it was talking about. I literally said, “Okay I can’t do this” then stepped aside and let her finish the slide. I don’t know if the teacher just thought I was anxious or something, but I never told him. I HATED her and group projects for the longest time. I still hate group projects, but we don’t hate each other anymore.

When I was in middle school I was in a group with these kids who did NOTHING. I had to write literally a big group exam in a week. We were all going to do 2-3 pages (there was 4 of us) and when we got to school the day it was due no one did anything. They didn’t even help me out during study hall, so I sat their writing it. I didn’t even finish, but the teacher still gave me a good grade on it when she found out what happened. The whole time I did their work, they were telling me we were going to get a D on this (which freaked me out)
    So, that’s my story.

Okay, so in 6th grade, I had this horribly stressful and long group project to do (It lasted a whole quarter, which was 9 weeks for my school) for science where our whole class had a cardboard box that we had to turn into a functioning house with a "budget" (Our teacher bought us supplies and we had a budget of fake money that we used to buy the supplies our teacher bought for us. We had a budget because people that actually build houses have a budget). My team worked on creating an insulated door (I think that's what we did, anyway. Pretty sure we did an experiment trying to see if a rectangular or circular door insulated the house more. Pretty sure our team was for insulation, not just the door, but the door was our prized possession; the gem of the house in our eyes) and other teams were things like décor, plumbing, lights and power, etc. (There were 2 more teams but I don't remember what they were for). Okay, now that the background info is over with, time to get into why this project SUCKED.
So you know how most project stories are about how "I did all the work while my group just sat there and did nothing"? Well... One of my group mates apparently thought I was one of those slackers in the project, because he took my name off of the document all of our names and work was on and apparently told the teacher I was doing nothing. Whenever I found out I had a 0 on that part of the project, I asked my teacher about it and eventually it got to the point that the boy who accused me of doing nothing and I had to discuss it one time at lunch. Lucky for me, I was a good student and I actually did do stuff, it's just I was the team leader so my main job was to supervise and make sure we were on track. It seems like nothing, but it was all there was for me to do. I was also a huge crybaby (Still am lol) when it came to grades, so I started crying because I got this 0 (Whenever I found out about it in class, I cried like all of class and I spent my time trying to get myself together so I could actually face the teacher about it. I told my best friend about it and let me just say, shout out to her for being amazing, because I was so upset and she really did help me out during that. She even told me this kid would talk about me like trash to his friends, and ever since then I had held a grudge against him). I also cried whenever we were discussing it at lunch in an attempt to say "I am doing my job. This is unfair. Please change my grade." and it worked. My grade was changed and that little putz (Legit what my mom called this boy when this happened) never crossed my path again. Also, our class won out of 4 classes that had the same task, so I must have been doing something right. The lesson of this story? I don't do nothing in group projects. I do quite the opposite, actually. I give everything I have even when no one else does. Don't lie about my work ethic. If that guy is reading this... I hope you're sorry for how rude you were to me. Just because I wasn't the smartest in our class, I was still in the "smart" class, so that counts for something. Science was hard, okay? Give me a break.

Heres a NIGHTMARE experience of a group project (with a satisfying ending): one time we were split into 4 groups and I was hoping I will be in a group that has responsible team members but no, I was in the team where all of them were lazy always talking and never worked, I said to myself its fine I can make this work. (Side info: I was the quiet kid in class but a realy smart one too only had 2 friends which were on the other team, and the one of two resposible boys in our class) when I tried to instruct them on what to do they wont listen and even called me a Bit** I was godamn triggered and there was 30 mins left (oh yeah the project was to create a diarama of a animal cell) so I did it by myself it looked BAD, when our teacher looked at ours we were all given a bad grade 81% then she asked us why it looked that way and the one who called me a Bit** he said cause he was the only one who worked on it and we didint help I WAS 2X TRIGGERED WHEN HE SAID THAT and you could see it in my face. But thank god out teacher was watching us and just said “Mmmhmm sure” when he anounced our grade for our project my team members got 75% (Failing) and I got an 85% I was sooooo relieved and the faces of my teamates were priceless. Then he stood up and said “What why??” The my teacher said “You cant lie to me I see everything in this room”. That was the best day of my 7th Grade.
(And Iam going on to 8th grade)
TL;DR: Didint do the work FAIL

So in 4th Class (4th Grade) I had a group project with 4 people, including me. I (used to) go to a full-time speaking Irish school, so you couldn't get anyway with copy-paste lol. The project was something about Egypt and it had to be done in a "Scrapbook" aka booklet instead of a poster. There was like 10 pages in this scrapbook and me and my 3 friends had to fill all the pages with information, pictures, etc. 9 year old me worked very hard on this project, since it was practically my first one. _FAST FORWARD 2 WEEKS_ . Anyway me and another girl, I will call her Bernadette, spent A LOT of time on this, meanwhile the two others did nothing at all, especially one of them who only printed 3 pictures which were all replaced because they were black and white. Anyway we got a B or something (I can't really remember) and then *one of us* brought it home. Me and Bernadette REALLLLLLY wanted to bring it home, because 9 year old us thought working more than 3 hours on something was incredible. Because everyone in the class was arguing who got to bring the project home, our teacher made us write our name on little pieces of paper and put it in a hat. Whoever's name she pulled out, got to bring it home. Y'know who got it?

We didn’t really trust her since she had been bad before but while we were working on it she would talk to her friends and not do anything. As the the deadline neared (It was an essay we had to right btw) and our parts were done but hers was empty we started to worry. So we just wrote her part for her. Then at 11:00 at right the day before it was due, she wrote the most pathetic excuse for a paragraph I have ever seen. Also all the stuff in it was things we had already said. So reasonably we were mad at her. Then she went ahead and told her 8th grade sister that we were bullying her. Her sister emailed me and yelled at me. Then I asked the girl and she said that she had no idea what I was talking about. This maybe wasn’t the worst experience but the most recent.

I totally agree with this, at least everyone has had a bad group project. It's sometimes difficult to find a group that is happy enough to work together. I've had people that sometimes didn't want to work on and and some that wanted to. It usually ends good or bad depending on what we had to do. But I love each effort everyone does in each project. Mostly everything that has happened in the video has happened to me and everyone else. But do I blame them for doing things that are bad and could give the whole a group a bad grade? No. All I know is that this person has tried their hardest to get their part done and I am happy to see what they have done and give them some nice comments about how or what they did. I wish everyone good luck for their next project that comes in the future :)

Okay so I had a group project this school year that takes a huuuuge toll on everyone's grades. History fair.
I decided to do it with my best friend and my boyfriend. We all three have the same history teacher, but they have her for 3rd period and I have her for 5th period. Apparently this caused issues. I ended up doing most of the work. I found most of our 20 something sources and did most of the work on our presentation and our process paper.
I am never working with those two again.

I stayed up all night for about a week, and it was not very fun. The day it was due I went up to my teacher and gave him a huge documentary about the U.S Eighties and he gave me two grades, an 80 for the project... AND A ZERO FOR TEAMWORK! In my final year of Computer Science (basically IT, only A LOT harder), I was assigned to a group of 7. They refused to communicate and simply didn't do the work. I did most of the work in a week that nearly killed me. We had to submit our work to GitHub, that keeps track of who did what and how much. I was called in, because I had single-handedly done 80% of the work. They called me in to make sure I didn't prevent the others from contributing, I quickly dissuaded them of that notion.
After our final presentation (which was a total train wreck), one girl said she wanted to discuss her "situation" with them. Apparently she was too busy with her own crap and thought we wouldn't understand, so she literally never communicated.
I am not a violent man. In that moment, I wanted to perform a WWE worthy bodyslam on a girl half my size. There were others present and I didn't want to be rude.
TLDR: Group projects are for ants and monsters

When I think of group projects, 2 experiences pop up in my head. The first was in a robotics class in 5th grade where we had to make a robot that would move a cube from one place to another. One of the kids was completely useless because he always got in trouble. Another was a quiet kid that helped me get a lot of the pieces out when we made a mistake. The third was a girl that helped and I didn't know shit.
The second was a week before I started 6th grade at a new school. There was a little "training course" so we would get to know the school. The project was to draw the mascot of our school, a griffin. I didn't help at all cause I was bad at drawing and just doodled on my own so I didnt ruin anything.

My awful group project number one:
So, once upon fourth grade, everyone has this little project that was basically this: "ooh noo, the zebra mussels are disappearing!!!1!!11!!1" Which I didn't really get, zebra mussels are an invasive species... So everyone's screwing around, I'm doing everything, and ya know what they did?? Since we had to share the slideshow with each other, they changed all the professional transitions I did and turned them into fireworks. *FIREWORKS.* So I was the researcher and writer, two were the ones who made the fireworks, and one did nothing. But, at the end, we got to write on a paper to the teacher how we felt about the project and our team!! Hurrah! Glory day! So I wrote, "My teammates were only interested in pictures on animals and memes, rather than helping with the project. I ended up with the majority of the workload." And the teacher put me in frickin teamwork class where you discuss your feelings. *Great.*
My awful group project number two:
So, once upon another time in fourth grade, we had to make a podcast. I ended up with my best friend and the two people I hated most. The people I hated took our parts out of the podcast several times, took all the credit when a reporter came, had us write the scripts and then they read them as their own, and, annoyingly enough, could hardly read the longer words.
The End! Aren't group projects great?? :D

One time i was in a group with 1 other person. It was a project for Spanish class, and you had to make a poster about a Spanish country. We agreed that i would do all the typing and she would glue everything on the poster, we would both do half the research. Her research however, was really rushed and had little detail, so i had to do all of it. When i typed it and gave the printed papers to her she said that she wont do the poster because you can just have it in essay form. Yeah..... I ended up doing all the work. What's even worse is that when we were presenting, she skipped a few important sentences! I had to read most of it anyway! It took 2 hours to write everything down and an hour to research but all she did is some crappy research that probably took her 20 minutes.
