China has landed on the moon’s far side for the second time. The Chang’e-6 lander successfully touched down in the northeastern part of the South Pole-Aitken basin on June 2, 2024, the China National Space Administration announced. The lander will soon start collecting rock samples from the oldest lunar basin to bring back to Earth. If returned, they will become the first samples ever retrieved from the moon’s mysterious far side, which always faces away from the Earth.

NASA rejected Beijing's membership of the International Space Station ISS. China reinvented the wheel, created three space launchpads, and commissioned Shenzhou Tiangong Chang'e and Tianwen Missions. Next stop for China 1) a moon landing within six years, 2) a joint Russia China permanent Moon base. Thank you. ❤

Congratulations to the Chinese on this magnificent achievement. Here in the US, people can't stop petty bickering over what gender means and even NASA's ever-delayed plan to bring humans back on the moon is motivated by such a self-loathing argument. It's disgusting all the way around, they've lost their minds.
Here's hoping that you Chinese can aspire to more noble achievements in human terms.

Normally, the flight to the moon is a 5-7 day event. This time around, it took 30 days to get there, similar to the path that the Indian Chandrayaan took. I'm assuming this is due to budget constraints. Imagine if this were a manned crew mission and you were stuck in your seat for over 30 days. Probably not worse than El Chapo spending 23 hours a day in a little cell inside Supermax.

      中國並不像印度需要一個月的時間才能到達月球,中國是直接飛向月球,5~6天就到達月球了!到達月球軌道後繞行月球20~30天勘查月球背面地表後尋找適當地點才擇機登陸到月球背面!

      Not at all.
It took 5 to 7 days to arrive at the Moon. But use almost one month to select the suitable landing area.

geez, we are in the 21st Century & still with the choppy videos like in the 1970's - only ⭐⭐⭐, come on CCP you can do better than that - should have asked the Chinese people which one they want: park a module at the moon or bail out the people who lost their savings with Evergrande?

The United States landed on the moon 100% in Hollywood, I don't understand 60 years ago they can live broadcast the whole landing on the moon, even now the technology is so developed, it is difficult to do the signal without delay transmission, and at that time the computer computing power is not as good as a mobile phone, if you have a brain will certainly not believe that the United States landed on the moon, except for fools, of course. So the US is lying when they say they lost the technology and now they can't go to the moon😂
