Thank you for sharing Miami ! So I do eat meat on occasion , I do feel as a woman that type of protein is needed after childbirth ect, quality meats. Often the pre fabricated meats are full of sodium. In my town Grocery Outlet is for the lamb chops🥰🥰🥰🥰 lol , I think the best option is Kosher, alkaline also fits it with seasonal foods. Winter is citrus and squash. Lately in the chill of the season (in Cali) lamb chops stewed with spinach and kale. Anyhoo, it's close to hebrew celebrations of sukkot ect. They have the best recipes for festivals. Good to see you again ❤
