Shut Up & Pluck It! - Boogie For Betts!
Rest In Peace to one if the most melodic, expressive and overall bad bad boy guitar slinger of all time! This is something I recorded, not trying to sound like Dickey, but just being inspired by his vibe and the vibe of the brothers.
“Shut Up & Pluck It!" is a RUclips series of short improvised pieces of music. The premise is that I give myself just one take to capture an idea. There is no rehearsal, just a stream of consciousness, with a focused effort to improvise something that sounds like it's been composed ahead of time. I feel that this exercise keeps me fresh and creative, and I hope that you enjoy these little nuggets.
