I choose the Needle Gun instead of the Pulse Gun or Linear Rifle cause appearance wise it resembles the OG looks of NINE-BALL's pulse gun in GEN1..I can say same for the missile launcher I chose. The closest for the blade is the 'Oscillator' cause it's the only actual red melee blade or the defalut blade 'Pulse Blade' for the looks...tho I've incorporated my playstyle that's why I chose the Laser Blade 🙂 All in all, "accurate build" is not the right term or phrase cause I've focused on accuracy of how NINE-BALL looks (base on NINE BREAKER), which I can say that this is the most accurate I can replicate on how NINE-BALL AC looks (minus the loadouts of course) 🙂
I have an AC Nine Ball build just like that one in one of my vids too. Seems that not all the AC Nine-Balls were destroyed in the final mission in "Armored Core: Master Of Arena". it's like now we all get a chance to see how the AI "Hustler One" piloted them.
My NB was a bit more wrecker influenced. Still I will learn and adapt. Thank you for your contribution. For the Controller. I've seen so many NBs that honestly, my first NB was influenced by Another Century's Episode R.
Yes, that's the idea 🙂 my original layout includes NIGHTFALL and ORTUS and the rest are locked, but I decided to lock the other slots and included a NIGHTFALL fight as 'new challenger' to implicate that AC is unlockable too 🙂
I don't know, but most enemies tends to be stuck briefly if you keep close to them on edges/area limits 😅 this is noticeable on Ayre boss fight, you can limit her mobility by fighting her on 'area limit'. I think I watched a vid back then that getting close to enemies will somewhat ruin their targeting system/mobility when they're at edges. That vid heavily sampled on Ayre...well if I remember correctly, that vid also explained why CEL 240 battle area is huge including the upper area limit. Well, base on the CEL 240 vids I watched, it's not impossible to chase it, but it's the most mobile enemy afterall.
@@Anthrenz it would be incredibly obnoxious is the enemies behaved like the helicopter bosses, flying out of the arena and beginning and ending their attack cycle at the border endlessly
@@conker690 now that you mentioned this, BALTEUS can do this too but not as frequently as the helis...ARQUEBUS BALTEUS somehow can't do this (or it can?) as he can be easily stuck on 'area limit' 😅
Is the "Red Ac" on the hidden list? For a one of fight he was oddly iconic in the first AC1 as he was a nameless Raven who attacks you suddenly during the train mission. He was also the first AC fight in the whole series, and is basically a skill check for if your ready for the rest of AC1.
I used same body parts as you for 9 ball build. Generator institute one, alula or kikaku boosters for melee. Fcs abbot because of missiles. Same missiles like you for look accuracy, original had lame 2 missile launcher so opting for that basic option is kinda silly, grenade lanucher, pulse blade and basic pulse gun. Also made an all pulse variant with 150 energy weapon spec generator. Had to change boosters for kikaku since low en req and pulse blade instead of missiles and songbirds+ institute close range fcs. rest is the same i think. Shreds in close range, especially pulse armor. Thought part choice would make this ac compromise but its actually really good.
I also used KIKAKU for my earlier builds because my damage source is the LASER BLASE, but I find BUERZEL fits my playstyle more cause I like to rush the enemies 😅
Nice vid and editing! The 9 ball build is wierd tho... it usually have an energy weapon in the main hand, its missiles are low damage/quick firing and its shoulder cannon shoots 2 bullets at the same time. The look is spot on tho.
As I mentioned/replied on one of the comments here, I chose the 'needle gun' and the 'split missiles' cause it resemble the looks of the GEN1 pulse gun and missile launcher that NINE-BALL uses...well for the blade, it's just my preference for my playstyle 😅 but it could be the 'oscilator' instead 🙂 Most people also said that I should use the linear rifles to reference the NINE BREAKER version...but the linear rifle here in AC6 looks like a sniper unlike in NINE BREAKER (GEN3) which looks like a mini-karasawa. So all-in-all, weapon wise, this is not an accurate cosplay 'build' cause my goal is for literal cosplay 'looks' 🙂

This is decal heavy, I even had hard time replicating the accuracy of NINE-BALL's looks because of 40 decal limit specially on legs. I think it will be lenghty to make a tutorial cause that will include the decals and decals placements whihc is quite random I think 😅 (majority of decals are for accuracy of color separation)
This sounds noob, but I use hard lock most of the time 😅 Well even on hard lock, fast enemies may break them. Need to manually control the camera to lock on them again. I'm using gamepad (DS4) if that matters cause some says hard lock can be easily break by using mouse.
@@Anthrenz Seems I need to try out a gamepad at some point. The mouse for me is so spazzy since I'm clicking to fire and it makes things shakey for the camera.
It honestly signals the end of an era that we s rent everything and did not unlock the 9-ball emblem ....... It's been in pretty much every single armored core game.....
It still feeds my theory that ac6 is a prequel though. Although it's more likely that fromsoft just figured people wouldn't know what the fuck a nineball is since this is most people's first ac game

Well if that 'insane' parts is about reolicating NINE-BALL looks (minus the weapons of course)...I think it is 🙂 took me lots of time doing color separation using decal specially in the legs cause of the 40 decal limit 😅

though I wont call it a "close" approximate to actual NB build since you arent using Pulse Guns or the 2 way 4 cell missiles.... but even then considering we dont have 2 cell 2 way missiles so fine FINE the split missiles "work" with the idea then how bout the 2 cell homing missiles there's no build close to him except the pulse guns and earshots and.... not exactly the moonlight blade

Select yes but without editing back out, it will ask if you're going to save and quit or discard and quit, select discard and quit, then go back in. It *SHOULD* allow you to edit around it.
I think this is the closest in terms of overall design of both GEN1 and GEN3 NINE-BALL (this include its cameo on AC2 too) The only inaccurate in this legs is the feet design...which the CRAWLER leg has 🙂 Overall, NINE-BALL has blocky design legs, not rounded...unless you're referring to LEOS KLEIN AC from AC2 🙂 This is one of my reference I've used to recreate NINE-BALL here in AC6: www.previewsworld.com/SiteImage/MainImage/STK356789 But mostly my reference is it GEN3 version tho it has some inaccuracy in terms of color separations, so that's it

Fires of Rubicon is my first Armored Core game, so I have no idea what a "9 Ball" is. But i do know that the editing you did here is amazing ❤
Lookup Armored Core Master of Arena, you will see the original nineball in the intro.
Nineball is a big/main antagonist in some of the earlier games (PSX era) and a recurring cameo opponent in later games :D
Final Boss of the first Armored Core and Armored Core:Master of Arena. Also comes back many, many times in other AC games.
Hes the bane of many old ac veterans. Nineball Seraph + ps one controls is literally harder than Ayre or Ibis series

I didn't change any weapons except for the ICE WORM. Change the EARSHOT for the needle launcher and I removed the missiles 🙂
