If you want a built in ladder instead of bringing that collapsible one, look at the Gobi ladder. It mounts to the rear hatch. Lots of ideas for your XTerra can be found on the forum the news.org
RickMidds Yeah I looked at me but I’m cheap as hell and didn’t like the idea of anyone having easy access to the roof. Plus I kinda needed a small ladder at home anyway. Pretty happy with my decision. And yeah I’m pretty active on the forums. That’s how I built the roof rack (among other things). Community has been super helpful
Hey, sorry I totally missed this. Here it is. amzn.to/2JO5laZ If you looks at the pictures in the reviews, someone had overlapped two of them and zip-tied them together. I ended up doing the same, but then I always double layered it to make it even stronger, so mine is actually 4 of these nets zip-tied together. About to buy 4 more nets just for various use with the roof rack and rear cargo shelf.
