@@WeJustClickme yeah i did that already but can't create the action for it. In illustrator it did not record the FX applied to objects. Reason I am doing it in AI since I can scale them. Thanks!
@georgisirakovbg4979 i didnt try it in vanishing point coz u have to select pixels and it is gonna be hard for photoshop to select them with transparent background. Try it out
@@WeJustClickme this is the second day and I found a solution, you just need to hide everything except for the two texts, then select merge everything visible, and boom you are all set ( I hope this will help someone)

U can create similar neon in a different way but it wont look the same as in photoshop
