Funnily enough... 10 years on... I'm using 2016 for Mac (just upgraded from 2011) and the now dotted lines in normal view don't drag as they used to for some reason.... I was desperate! - Googling everywhere, people kept recommending things like check boxes in an advanced edit menu etc - this didn't work... I could alter the percentage size in the print setup dialogue box, but this is a bit of an ad hoc work around since you have to guess the percentage and keep trying until you find the right one. Going to 'page layout' or 'print area' or even 'page breaks' didn't offer a solution - the last option being a bit stupid in my opinion, since surely you should be able to drag a page break there rather than just see the pages separated..... anyway, your 10 year old video saved me, simply by pointing out the the page break preview button next to the zoom slider... which is still there..... and strangely, no where else that I could see! - Anyway, thanks very much for keeping this video up... it seems that if you want to drag a dotted line to adjust the print area, this is the only way you can do it using Excel 2016.
Excellent tutorial! One of the most clear, easy to comprehend. Professor Adam Morgan is to be commended and acknowledged.
