Sunfire SG - yes - it is different. The instrumental break with the brass in this version feels like someone breaking free at the point - it's actually quite epic in a way. The Furious Angels version was moodier, introspective, quietly determined.

I'm a huge fan of his work. I can't tell how often I listened to his Furious Angels album but the new remixes have too many layers for my taste. I'd rather prefer a remastered version of the original. It's just my opinion of course. Maybe others prefer the new versions over the old ones.

Go to Compton Sir - In a way. The album is called Furious Angels Revisited. It take most of the pieces (apart from perhaps Will You Follow Me? and a couple more) and looks at them again. It was initially my thought to come up with versions that where closer to something I could consider performing live (I.E. Stripped down). But then we added the original vocal version of I'm Not Driving Anymore ( ) and even re-recorded Clubbed To Death. In playlists there's excerpts of most version as we work on them called: subscribe.robdougan.com
