This is a playful trust exercise in which the participants will have to trust the guidance of another person. It's perfect for people who don't know each other well. It helps the team to become more powerful! 🙏

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
    1. You can turn this exercise into a game. Every time someone guesses his position in the room correctly, he earns a point. The one who has the most points in the end is the winner.
    2. When the duos walk around the room, you can tell them that when you clap your hands, everyone stands still and the guiders will switch places. Now, all the walkers have a new guide without knowing who that is. Do this in the round where spoken instructions are not allowed. In this way, the blindfolded people won’t have any idea who is guiding them. You continue by clapping your hands every two minutes until every guide has led every blindfolded person.
Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including:
    • Extensive explanations
    • Multiple variations
    • The outcome of each exercise
    • And a QR code linked to the corresponding video
